Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• Original packaging included

• Tags attached

We cannot accept:

• Worn garments

• Washed garments

• Damaged by customer

• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

If available, exchanges may be offered for size or manufacturing defects.
